Mahaniyom Cocktail Bar Brings You “Resourceful Cocktail”

Ronnaporn "Neung" Kanivichaporn and Chennarong "Janz" Bhumichitr, have decided to open a new venture at Si Phraya on the top floor of 100 Mahaseth. This cocktail bar has a very unique concept both the décor and drinks. Let’s see what our world champion has in store for us.

Because the location is above 100 Mahaseth, which is Isan (Thai Northeastern) food, the decoration of Mahaniyom bar is similar, but unique with the concept Nueng calls "Thai-Rococo." It combines Thai traditional design, roco style, which concentrates on little details, and disco style that appears in light and sparkling disco ball. As a result, you will notice the wooden furnishings with neon décor along with the mascot.

Talking about the drinks by the champ, he also has a concept called “resourceful cocktail” which means he extracts all parts of the ingredient, uses them and makes a cocktail. YES! The savory cocktail 'Squid' is crafted with dried squid that’s boiled with tomato and blended with pickled ginger cordial, vodka, mezcal, mirin, and finally topped with sake-mixed squid ink. Mahaniyom also has 'Pink Me Up,' the cocktail that boosted Neung to the championship of Bacardi Legacy 2019. So, you could try it.
