The whole concept revolves around exploring new cultures, techniques and taking the culinary industry to new heights by bringing together talented chefs from around the world and giving them the opportunity to learn “the best of every region”.
And the star of this culinary show? Chef Mauro Colagreco, the owner and head chef of the 3-Michelin-starred restaurant, Mirazur, located in the picturesque town of Menton on the French Riviera. This restaurant is not just any restaurant, it's the No.1 restaurant in the world according to the 50 Best Restaurants 2019-2020.
