First Time in BKK: 8 Hands Dinner at LeDu

This is the first time in Bangkok that four chefs have worked together on two services. Chef Ton from LeDu, Chef Dej from Kyo Bar, Chef LG Han from Labyrinth, and Chef Jason Tan from Euphoria hosted the 8 Hands Dinner event at LeDu. The event was a lot of fun and well worth the wait!

Because of the COVID crisis, this spectacular event had been postponed for two and a half years. Until lately, the event's time had arrived, and people were ready to participate in a pleasant event. And the goal of this event was to allow guests to have fun while dining. Every chef brought their signature cuisine to the table. It turned out to be a fantastic evening with delicacies inspired by their passions.

Moving on to the dishes, we have selected some of the most interesting ones from the event for you. The first impression dish is Feuile de Brick by Chef Jason (Euphoria). It has sunchokes and baeri caviar in it. Chef Ton offers oyster with pork blood and scallion. Kyo Bar's specialty dish from Chef Dej, Khanom Tuay - It's similar to another kind of the traditional Thai dessert known as Khanom Tuay. Last but not least, Chef LG Han (Labyrinth) serves a crispy roasted chicken wing with his grandma's chili sauce. Every chef did bring their A-game! After all, it was worth the two and a half year wait.

The prestigious chefs' 8 Hands Dinner event is not only held in Bangkok. There will be more in Singapore. We will, of course, review the event. So, keep tuned for more exciting events!
