A Friendly Dining and Exquisite Experience at Lolla Restaurant

Singapore appears to offer more amazing restaurants than the ones we've already covered. Here, we return to the Singaporean restaurant. Since it has been operating for ten years, this restaurant has been evolved. The restaurant is led by head chef Johanne Siy, who has developed Lolla’s cuisine to be modern European after the COVID situation.

Lolla is a fantastic restaurant with a contemporary and stylish interior. It’s situated at 22 Ann Siang Road. For dining in front of the kitchen, there is a large counter bar with metallic decor in the restaurant. A private dining room is also located underground. You heard it right, the underground. Its environment has a feeling of a hidden base or a private gathering. This room typically hosts private dinners as well as other types of events, like weddings and business events.

Sea urchin pudding is a well-known delicacy. Everyone mentions about it. The dish is made of seaweed pudding on top with sea urchin and squid ink. You can’t deny its richness of umami taste. A dish with oysters is another dish that catches our attention. A burnt oyster served with seaweed vinaigrette, cabbage, and foam made from the oyster's own fluids. What a wonderful dish! The last dish we'll highlight gets a thumbs up as well: strawberry gariguette. This palate cleanser is remarkable. The fruit's flavor seems to have been enhanced, yet it isn't overly sweet.
