Sühring & The German Twin Chefs: Top rank cuisine in Thailand

Sühring, a Bangkok restaurant, has been open for over 6 years and has evolved into something truly unique. Initially, it was a German cuisine infused with Sührings' memories and executed with modern technique.  And as we have been told it's now "Sühring" cuisine.

Sühring has been given one Michelin star since 2016 or the opening year and was awarded the second star since 2018. We can tell how passionate they are by dining at their amazing restaurant. And well of course! you can anticipate exceptional results in the food.

Sühring has four dining ambiances where both creative food and personalized service are valued equally. The primary dining space, the small "Dining Room," provides a comfortable and homey dining experience. The livelier "Kitchen" is a one-of-a-kind location. There, you can explore the bustling core of the kitchen with your friends, colleagues, or family, getting a close-up glimpse of the twin chefs and their crew as they build your culinary experience. The "Glass House," with its serene and natural ambiance and lovely garden view, will transport you to the most romantic meal. If you want to dine privately, the upper floor "Living Room" can accommodate up to 8 persons.

The first dish we'd like to highlight is Weiber spargel aus ried, which is created from sweet and soft langoustine and served with white asparagus and vanilla. Its presentation is extremely amazing, a work of art! Next, we continue on the signature duck which was prepared from hay-smoked duck breast that had been dry aged for 7 days. Along with the duck, we were served ragu sauce with celeriac and truffle as garnish. Finally, we'd like to introduce Opalys 33% white chocolate. Only the presentation left us speechless! It's made of white chocolate, covered with lemon gel, and has a puff rice at the bottom.

Chef Thomas and Mathias have both lived in Thailand for many years, cultivating and leading the food scene in Bangkok, Thailand, and definitely ranked among the best chefs in ASIA!
