Welcome to the exciting collaboration between Chef Top and Chef Michelle of the renowned Michelin-starred restaurant of MIA. Building on their previous success, they have teamed up once again, this time with Chef Tap from Coda restaurant. Together, they have crafted a unique dining experience named "Friend of MIA goes Thai 2.0". This innovative menu blends the distinctive styles of both establishments, offering contemporary interpretations of Thai cuisine.

The cuisine presented will be innovative, offering an exotic and distinctly Thai vibe with traditional flavors that remain true to MIA's signature style. This time, the menu is curated by each of our esteemed chefs, beginning with Chef Top's creation: Chawanmushi Pad Pong Garlee mixed seafood (Stir-fried curry powder with Japanese steamed eggs served with premium seafood). Next, Chef Tap presents his renowned dish, a reinterpretation of Coda restaurant's signature Somtum, featuring squid noodles paired with MIA restaurant's fried chicken. To conclude this gastronomic journey, Chef Michelle offers a decadent dessert: Sangkhaya Fakthong (Egg Custard in Pumpkin); pumpkin puree with pandan custard, paired with butternut pumpkin, sugar butter ice cream, topped with N25 caviar, and coconut caramel sauce.
